APM was established by John Rice Sr. in 1991. John, a Pacifica native, graduated from Sonoma State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. For the following two years, John worked in the mortgage industry at Fremont Bank where he was a junior loan officer and enrolled in a manager training program. In 2014, he decided to join his grandfather, John Sr., in the real estate sales and property management business and quickly earned his Salesperson license, followed by his Broker license in 2019. John became the owner and broker of All Property Management in 2021.

Charlie has been a licensed REALTOR since 1991 and over that time has acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate industry through his work and leadership roles at some of the top real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area. Charlie joined All Property Management in 2014 as the Accounting Manager and continues to be an essential part of the APM team.

Marjorie Berend

Administrative Assistant

Marjorie, a Pacifica native and current resident, earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University in 2021. Growing up around the real estate and construction industries, naturally, Marjorie joined the family business with the All Property Management team in 2016. Currently she is APM's Administrative Assistant. Marjorie has proven to be instrumental in the operation and success of this company.
